Mt Bohemia, which is by far the radest ski resort in the midwest, has a 1 day deal going on now, till the end of tomorrow night (dec1st), $99 season pass. Go twice..pays for it self. It is pretty much the only place you can ski pow in the midwest. When they have snow, the place rocks.,,,when they dont the place IS rocks. LOL I went to college at NMU, so I would say that I have a pretty good grasp on what mt. Bohemia has to offer. Its the only place I will ski at in the midwest, aside from granite peak in wisconsin for park.
Mt. Bohemia doesn't have a park....however..they acutally do have somewhat of a "backcountry" and I have built some pretty narly booters in the past,
All in all the place is awsome, (midwest standards) and this is a hell of a deal. The lifts are slow, it is very farth north, they only have two lifts, they don't groom their runs..no ski lodge......but its an acutal small "mountain" which you can't say about any of the other "mountains" in the midwest.
