yea. how and when do you get more of the level. i jump into the water and swim to the other side, but i get 4 stars. how do i break the barrier and what mission is it?

at that entrance where it says you need a lisence theirs a little hut thing get on top of your car then jump onto the roof of the hut then jump over the fence and you can go get this fucking sweet ass jet
