Except this is at the summit. Which has no observatory, and this is just a guess of what might fall. The "ski area" is down low in elevation, where it may rain.
The only thing all that snow is good for is building a base for July corn snow skiing.
Like someone said earlier it's at the top. It's similar to what happens at mt hood but multiplied because the ski resort doesn't even come close tot he top.
Lol I wish this year would be the same ... 10" or so all year , it's sad... and even back then shasta was never flat you kids don't know real skiing if you haven't skiied shasta (not including resort) but they have a dope park
