Replying to Replacing bindings

So I broke the heel piece on my Dynastar PX12s in a manner that won't allow it to be repaired easily. Instead of searching for a new heel piece or something, I cut my losses and ordered new bindings. I bought Look PX12s because my hope is that because they are essentially the exact same binding, I won't need to remount the bindings. I'll just need to simply unscrew the old ones and put the new ones on the skis. Is my logic correct?
