Ya we got a bunch of free un lubricated condoms the other night (two of us found out they were unlubricated the hard way) and we needed a use for them. That video did give us the inspiration though.

Yes it is actually.

We spent a good 8 straight hours cleaning and you can now pee into our toilet without actually entering the washroom.
