whats worse is automatic soap dispensers which are designed to keep germs from spreading. from the soap dispenser. full of soap.

because when your hands are wet and you try to pull the paper towel, sometimes it rips and you gotta push the thing down for the rest of the piece to come out.

I'm not saying automatic dispensers are necessary at all, but that's why they exist.

I as well think they are horse shit! And half the time you have to wave like you're in a God damn parade or something. Then when the paper towels finally come out, they don't give you enough!

ya the best is when the bathroom has handles on the doors but automatic soap and paper towel dispensers....so i can clean my hands without running the risk of contracting a disease by someone who has clean hands only to turn around and grab a door handle that someone who never washed their shitty hands grabbed onto 30 seconds before me.....

thats funny because ive never had an issue using one. theres a sensor on the front and if you move anywhere close to it, it works 100% of the time. and if you dont get enough all you have to do is pull the piece a little then move your hand in front of the sensor for a little more

Or because the janitors overpack the regular one's to the point that you have to rip an inch thick stack out at a time. Most of them go to waste. The automatic ones help prevent overuse.

where i work we have foot handles. everything is automatic. but we have that dyson air blade. best shit ever.

honestly, paper is superior to any air dryer. even the dysons, which are annoying because i always accidentally touch the sides which is kindof gross

One of the major big name hospitals, Boston General maybe,  did a study and found more bacteria coming from automatic faucets due to the complexity of the internal mechanisms, so they removed them all for manual mechanisms. Interesting stuff.
