Tanner Hall Not Invited to X Games 2013?

Hey so i was on Freeskier.com and read a article that showed the first round of athletes invited to X Games 2013, Tanner Hall wasn't on any of the lists. I know they are coming out with more invites but wouldn't he make the first cut if they meant to invite him? Whats going on.

the invite list isn't set in stone. there are other invites going out.
im actually not sure if id be surprised if tanner got invited. imo he deserves it, but some people might think hes a washed up skier from days passed.
