No different than when I was in my 5th year and playing against kids just coming into senior in Ontario. It's actually not fair, but it happens. No one told that kid to be 120 lbs and 5'4". Don't blame the fat kid, he's just doing what he can to help his team win.

What I hate more than low hitting is there was no point for that player to even hit Cushings. He was far enough out of the play and the play was ending so why even hit him, you are just trying to hurt people...

Not only is he big, but he was the play maker. He knew how to handle the situation. The kid get that got trucked could have fairly easily flipped that around, but he was the worse athlete. Instead of going for center mass like any other player, he tried to take him standing up. They also seem young enough that fatty fatman can learn to run, keep the bulk but learn to move it.

Now I'm not trying to say he'll be the next Bettis, but you are acting like you have sat down and watched every film ever of this kid play ball. For all we know, plays like this may come on the regs for the strapping young lad.

That may be but my money is this is more like a "Fridge" situation. Throw the linemen with soft hands in at a back position when you need like a yard or two to get the first and want to keep the clock running.
