Convince me why or why not

Convince me why or why not to move to Calgary from Saskatoon. Why I want to move: I'm an industrial electrician and a lot of jobs fly out from there, it's close to the mountains, and housing prices are comparable to Saskatoon (I'm looking to buy) and lots of active people, close to fucking skiing
why I don't want to move: I don't know anyone, it's a big city(not necessarily a bad thing, just take some getting used to), I'd have to pay for airport parking while at work(its free for me right now)

I fly to work and would be doing the same there. But iI guess iI could take a cab, un Saskatoon if there is a snowfall or cold snap its a crazy wait for cabs, so I'd always just park in the gated electrified guarded compound, for free

Calgary is about to become Canada's centre of business, employment rates are high, sure housing is expensive but that comes with any rapidly growing city. There are like 4 ski resorts less than 2 hours away, COP so you can go ski every night. A lot of people will tell you that Calgary lacks an arts scene, but there's actually tons of stuff that goes on.

I wouldn't be too worried about meeting people, its a city of a million people. Ask yourself "If I had no friends in saskatoon or calgary, where would I want to live?"

I haven't really spent much time in Calgary so iI can't really make an informed decision as to where I'd rather live. I'm looking for some highs and lows of Calgary to help me make up my mind
