Oakley Custom Crowbar bar

I'm assuming it varies shop by shop, but on oakley a website you can customize your own crowbars. You might want to do that because it would have better options and you would m ow exactly what your getting or use that as a guessing point for what shops would have

actually stores have more options most of the time... i looked online a lot customizing goggles and then went to a store near me that had a customization bar and there were a lot more options than there were online surprisingly!

Just buy an all white frame pair of crowbars and some RIT dye packets and dye the goggles yourself. You will save yourself $100

The stores have way better options than the online site does. Last winter, I bought plain matte white crowbars with the intention of dying the parts when I was tired with the look of them. BUT this summer I hit up the Oakley stores in Mall Of America with the desperate hope of them having parts, and sure as shit, they had some parts. It was out of season so they didn't have a massive selection, but that was better than nothing.

I bought all this shit for like $60



And buying these parts allowed me to do a totally split goggle which is some sick shit.

Not sure if the Oakley store will let you buy parts in season, but if they do, do it up and but just a plain-jane goggle, like all black or all white. Then go ham with parts and change it up when you're bored again.

i mean it may just be that seeing the custom goggles all mix and matched in person makes it seem that way but im pretty sure there are parts in the store that i didnt see online

how hard is it to switch out the parts cause i have always thought about buying spare parts and then mixing and matching myself but i always thought it was hard to take apart the goggles

It's not hard at all to switch parts up

Nope! You have to be somewhat forcefull with the goggles, but should try to be careful. Main thing is is that you remove the lens before you start tearing the outriggers and even the strap off. Ive seen a few cases where someone gets ripping on the goggle with the lens in, and they split it right at the recess for the nose.

Well, if you're going to one of their 'bars' then you can customize a goggle however you want and then maybe pick up a second strap or a second set of outriggers so you can change their look up after.
