just order shock doctors or something online, they are between 20-50 bucks, depending on which ones you get, but they are way better than replacing with the shitty ones boots come with stock.

I mean the hard plastic soles on the outside of the boot on the bottom, not the insole. Dont really know another name for em other than uh, plastic plates on the bottom of my boot...

Yeah, most shops have replacements....get the brand 'superfeet' they work really well.

Screw this I'm going skiing

Depending on your boot and what the shop has they might be able to screw them off and screw new ones in. Either way why dont you just go directly to a shop and ask instead of posting it on here.....Itd seem the smart thing to do. Either that or stop walking across concrete.
