im gettin' new skis this year and i am an advanced skier who is looking for something that'll give me a big mountain ride but at the same time not be too fat so i can use it in other shit besides pow...those are just some of the skis i was lookin' at, but i'd be happy to look into any other suggestions...i got a buddy that works at a shop that'll get me a great deal, so money is no object at this point....by the way, im looking for the WHOLE set-up...poles, boots, bindings, and skis....thanks for the help ahead of time

The pistols are the shit, so are Volkl Karmas for all-mountain.
Small, simple, safe price. Rise the wake and carry me with all of my regrets. This is not a small cut that scabs and dries and flakes and heals. And I am not afraid to die. I\'m not afraid to bleed and fuck and fight. I want the pain of payment. What\'s left but a section of pigmy-sized cuts. Much like a slew of a thousand unwanted fucks. Would you be my little cut? Would you be my thousand fucks? And make mark leaving space for the guilt to be liquid. To fill and spill over and under my thoughts. My sad, sorry, selfish craft of the cutter. I\'m cutting trying to picture your black broken heart. Love is not like anything, especially a fucking knife!

The Pistols are bigger than the Karmas dude.

The Karmas are 87 waist, but the Pistols are 95.

If you are able to get into pow sometime, definitely get the Pistols, but otherwise, the Karmas are probably one of the best (if not the best) all-mountain twin-tip on the market right now. Plus, Volkl has been doing this for a while and from my experience, their skis hold up well too.

FYI: All these people talking about the Karmas have never skiied them. They're probably great, but all of this is speculation. The B2 is a proven ski, it's great. Pistol too, but it might be a bit too wide, depending on how big you are... I wouldn't pay for Screams... plus, there's the foam core thing. Consider the Line Pollards, and the Head Mojos. Both awesome skis, about 85-90mm waists. Heads are invincible.

well since no ones mentioned it and you asked, binding wise line reactor 12s for one thing you can use them again, and second, they freakin' rock! boots wise id go with the new 1080 i tryed them on the other day and they are extremly nice. and as for poles id buy something that was a composite, i break aluminium ones to fast.

at your height and weight, i would say karmas or the mojos are good decision if you're looking for a twin. other choices that would be good for you would be the apache recon, rossi B2, or the head monster series. Mojos and the Karmas are wicked stiff so they will be good on not only pow, but on the hardpack also. the apaches, the B2, and the monsters are all good stiff skis that also will be able to take you in anywhere. Personally, i think the apache recon is a killer ski for someone who doesn't ride park but wants a ski that can take you anywhere. if you are looking more at the twins, the Mojos are pretty bombproof and have a killer flex.
