Actually yea,

I saw Ingrosso and Alesso at EDC NY this past summer.

I mean it was cool cause I had never been to a music festival before.  The lighting was really epic and they both had good sets (very similar) but they were clearly prerecorded so that  took away from the excitement.

Also there was a lot of drug use at the concert which bothered me more than I thought it would.

Good experience but I wouldn't want to go see another EDM DJ at least not for a while.

went to their show at MSG last year. From what I remember is it was one of the best shows I have ever seen.

Or you could save hundreds of dollars and turn the radio on to pretty much any commercial station and you will hear the same over played music. /thread

i've seen axwell and steve angello both in budapest at sziget and it was pretty fucking awesome. I'd say do it. the only thing that sucks to me about seeing world famous DJs live is there is no room to dance and its pretty much fucking insanity and you cant see shit. but there are lots of crazy lights and of course awesome music. so its a blast if you can handle the crowd.

Basically everyone I know saw them this weekend in Stockholm. Apparently is was insane and awesome on more ways than the music. I don't even like house, and I kind of wish I'd snagged a ticket back in June or whenever it was they sold them. They sold out each of the three shows in 45 minutes though.

all respect to SHM they've made it a long way and all members r quality producers but i dont understand why people r paying such high ridiculous prices for tickets, well in australia anyway, not sure where ur from. ive seen them live a few years back, yea was good but seen so many better, more lively acts that dont just play the top 40 of the year as their sets

Considering I posted a thread at one point about a shitty dubstep festival I was at with all the artists people on here jizz over, yet he posted in there bitching that the festival called "counterpoint" had nothing to do with counterpoint. Then he's saying the swedish "house" mafia is one of the best shows he ever went to.

Well yes, because swedish house mafia was one of the best shows I have ever been to and the counterpoint festival had nothing to do with counterpoint, which is not what i was expecting.

If swedish house mafia was playing in an electronic music festival called the Sonata music festival I would still be like "why is it called the sonata music festival?"

I went two nights ago on Monday in Copenhagen, Denmark. It was 10,000 going nuts it was top 5 best moments of my life. I highly suggest it. Totally worth the money. They kill it!

I saw Skrillex in Copenhagen last year and it was fucking crazy. Nothing like a little stop in Christiania on the way home from the concert too hahah. Anyways, I can't wait until I get to see SHM in Toronto. Only 2 months away!

Bumping this because im going to be at the toronto one. 2 questions:



I was only able to grab stand seats. I have a feeling that wont be as fun as floor, whats stands like at a edm show?

Then, would i be able to sneak into general admission once the show starts? Its at a stadium type venue, no doubt there will be security and getting tossed out would suck shit

I wish I was going to one of their shows so badly... unfortunately Golden BC isn't at the top of their list of go to destinations. While I did consider that you'll hear the same tracks at any Ingrosso, axwell or angello show, it's the crowd that's going to make this final tour ridiculous, so many people so stoked for it. Fuck I wish I was going. Oh well, Hardwell in a week.

If they do the Skydome anything like they do the ACC then there's no way you'll get into the GA without a legit ticket. Stands will be okay, but floor is gonna be way better. I can only imagine how sick the huge field will be

I assume you're talking about the tour they're on right now, and i must say its really overrated compared to their previous live shows, or their solo acts. Its pretty much the same songs, the same lights and the same "you´re amazing, we love you, thank you so much" bs from axwell while standing on the turntables. sadly, i'm being serious.
