Triple camber means that you have a flat point in the tip and in the tail. With this technology, you have every benefit on a rocker, say, mustache rocker, but with more effective edge, depending on how you ski (more forward or more backward, both case benefits of the technology). I think the goal of this dirty mustache is to deliver a true all-mountain performance ski.
From everything I've read on those, they all pass the test. I think what came out the most was that they were extremely good on groomers and any type of snow, while having the ability to stomp crud and float on pow (112 waist/rocker tip and tail).
I'm giving them one year just to give those skis a perfect finish touch/fix and I'm gonna buy a pair. Like I said, I'm pretty sure Moment will rule the all-mountain range with that model.
