Last July I went up to Mt. Hood with some friends and my new Sessions rep, Kaya. We departed from Truckee on Tuesday for an 11 hour drive up to Mt. Hood. Five of us were crammed into a Subaru legacy with all of our stuff strapped to the roof. We found a sick camping spot about 17 miles from Hood, and set up camp right before the sun went down. Our first day on snow we didn't bring any cameras up, we just shredded around the public park to get our ski legs back underneath us. Everyday we had the same routine, wake up, ski, get pizza and grocery's, swim, then lounge out next to our little camp fire until we decided it was a good time to go to sleep. The rest of the days on the hill we were stacking as much footy as possible between Kaya and Tanner at Nightrain. Although we only had four days on snow, I learned a bunch of new tricks. All of us decided we could easily spend a month camping and skiing at Hood. We drove back to Truckee on Sunday after a fun week of shredding. Here's a couple pictures of our camping arrangements and Hood.
Peace.
