She is insanely good, i feel that her landings are bit awkward/ sketchy in some of the segments. I don't know maybe that is just me but even still she kills it. Its crazy to see that I was watching her edit about a year ago and see where she is at now. God, it sickens me how good she is.

I think she is better than me, I will go ahead and say it.

On that note, are there any age restrictions for competing in the olympics? Also, has she been in any comps yet?

Imagine if this girl just didn't even care about the competition scene and put her mind to throwing down absurd seggys. Lastly I'm loving 6 year old Henry not giving a fuck with that disaster. I shall call him Hank the Tank

Kaya Turski won Winter X 2012 slopestyle by throwing the first switch 10 in a women's comp
This girl is 10 or 12 or whatever and has landed plenty of switch 7's and a switch 9
Clearly she is a child prodigy capable of being very competitive in the women's pro circuit even today.  While she might not be the best female skier in the world she is up there and will only continue to improve and progress women's skiing

she skis with comparatively more amplitude, style, and lands cleaner than the top women. I think her rail game is easily twice as good already. she's only limited by her physical capabilities as a growing 10 year old.

I think you have to be 16 to compete in the Olympics. I remember the Chinese getting in trouble because some of their gymnasts weren't old enough.

Just Googled, it differs heavily by sport. I assume slope style skiing hasn't established it's requirements yet.

So when she is 14 she'll dominate women's skiing and I would guess she'll continue to dominate until about 28. That's a whole 14 years of being the best at freeskiing that never happens!

meh that might be an exaggeration. those jumps and rails are a lot bigger than the ones in kelly's edit. plus i may be mistaken but i believe i saw a switch right 7 in there.

kelly rips unbelievably hard for someone her age regardless of gender, and has the technical tricks of all the top pro women, but until she is big enough to make it through an entire adult sized slope course its hard to really say whose better. that said, i honestly cannot think of anyone who has impressed me more at her age. willie borm, young sammy c, i dont think either of those guys were ripping as hard at 10. i'm thinking this girl really will revolutionize womens slopestyle given a few more injury free years.

This simply isn't true. 450 disaster, 2 on prtzl 2, k-fed on a dub kink? Kaya and maybe Zimmermann might have these tricks, but no one else has. The hard truth is that Kelly in fact does crush 99% of all women out there, with the exception of Kaya and Zimmerman on rails, and perhaps Ashley, although I haven't seen her for a while.

I was never on the "it's embarrassing how bad women skiers are" bandwagon, I believe the standard of skiing for women reflects the encouragement out there for them to better themselves. Now, they most certainly have someone who should push them to step up, and throw down.
