Replying to Cleaning up the forums

I noticed that if a forum has like 400 pages or so, that the forum will lost all those pages and it takes a huge chunk of space on the forum front page. to be honest its really cluttered and annoying to have to scroll down that much unnecessary stuff.

My suggestion:

Post the current page it is on.

Add a search bar to type in if you want to skip to certain page. I.e. 300 pages want to go page 27 type in 27 and boom you are there.
