Replying to D-structure

Two weeks ago I went on d-structure and ordered a large armada requiem jacket, a week later they emailed saying they didn't have large in stock, so I got medium, a few days ago I got another email saying they ran out of medium. I got the birth face gonzo instead but I'm a little irritated because if they had put in the order right away I would've gotten a large I. The first place. Has anyone else had any problems with them or any other store?
