D-structure

Two weeks ago I went on d-structure and ordered a large armada requiem jacket, a week later they emailed saying they didn't have large in stock, so I got medium, a few days ago I got another email saying they ran out of medium. I got the birth face gonzo instead but I'm a little irritated because if they had put in the order right away I would've gotten a large I. The first place. Has anyone else had any problems with them or any other store?

I don't really see the point of this even existing. I've seen some pretty vapid content but this takes the cake.

Yeah D-structure have always been legit for me. Being in Canada, not paying shipping is the shit.

Yeah. Ordered LDC pants from them and everything went fine. Shipping start two days late so they sent me a free sticker pack. When I called the French? Guy on the phone was pleasant enough.

I ordered some Pow gloves from them over the summer. Couple days later got an email they ran out of my size/model and instead offered me a higher quality pow glove in my size for the price of the original one I ordered. Definitely legit guys

your an idiot, they gave you express shipping and you still decided to make a thread like this. Your problem was more than solved, when stuff goes out of stock it happens. Usualy your left hanging but in this case they even hooked you up with express shipping yet you still decided to make a thread about them and omitted to say how they hooked you up.


Dont make a thread like this about any brand, especially if they hooked you up. Talk to the people involved and if it gets crazy out of hand and the only solution left is to bash them, then do so.
