Anyone know what the Canyons is going to be like for opening day tomorrow?

I'm sure there will be a small park open with some jibs. Probably not a good all day thing. I'm stoked for it though!

but for reals, i'm guessing P.C.'s setup is better then whatever the canyons will have.

You're probably guessing correctly. They'll have a couple features under High Meadow, but not much more. I was up there last weekend, and they're still lacking on snow. Also PC is building where they'll have their parks all season, so they can invest more time into it. Everything at Canyons will get moved to Sun Peak and Painted Horse once we get some snow, so there's no reason to go all out now.

for real, I love skiing canyons. plus, in my experience, it's wayyyyy less crowded.

I skied there 2 years ago the week before christmas and we got 5 feet in five days and it was epic, skied canyons 3 days and tried park city and alta and it wasnt nearly as fun because everything got skied out too fast. if you know the right places to go canyons can be a blast
