Help with jib ski size, poles ,and type of jib ski.

whats a good size ski for me, im 6 ft 1 and mainly jib, backyard sesh on my ledge, butters are my fave, and having fun messing around on the hill. is line traveling circus ski good for this? and what size poles shouldii get? also how shoould my full tilt drop kick boots fit,i have them and not sure if they should fit they like do

a ski over 186 , make sure it is super stiff, for the pole you got to make sure when you hold them in the shop your hands rest on the handles around head height.

i live in newfoundland, most hurtin place for skiing, one real mountain like 8 hours away that has like maybe 20 runs. my local ski shop is hurtin, they dont even sell line ,or any good products,i bought all online. my ski shop is for like cross country sking only go there to mount my bindings. sorry for the stupid posti just got no help around where i live..

No problem. Everyone who starts skiing starts somewhere. This is a good place to ask for advice. My friend has the Travelling Circuses, but hasn't mounted bindings or used them yet so I couldn't ask how they are. But I'd look at Atomic and Armada. Both have killer lineups. And some of line's intermediate stuff is pretty good, and worth the price.

Instead of first post, I will use my words. First of all, these types of threads should go into the gear talk forum where there is a ton of helping hands and advice instead of the usual NS angry guy. Second since the thread is here I might as well try to help. You could look into some armada AR7's. I have some and really enjoy them. If you are looking for a different type of ski, maybe the armada halo is for you (that one is rockered). Some other ski companies to check out are the atomic, On3p, and Rossi. Just things to keep n mind. Hope I could help

i have thalls and ar7s and the thalls are my favorit ski for butters and rails super light and really flexy

Depends for pole length. General pole length is measured by flipping a pole upside down and holding onto it with the basket above your hand and your arm should be at a 90 degree angle. I'm about 6' 1" and a 50" pole fits right, most freestylists use shorter poles though. As for your boots, I definitely recommend finding a boot fitter and getting your boots from a shop than online. But if that's not an option then look up conversion charts for shoe size to mondo size and try to figure out the best fit. I wear about 10.5-11 US size shoes and wear a 28 mondo size boot.

You would be fine withe Traveling circuses they are the same as the old anthems. They are buttery and really fun in my opinion.
