Okay so this girl in my spanish class has liked me for a while now and recently sent me this on facebook.

I didn't want to say like "no i dont want to text you" because i didn't want to be a complete dick, but now when she texts me its just like "wow you dont seem very into texting" and shit like that and i can't just say "i don't want to text you anymore" because i don't want here and her friends to hate me. Shes like guilting me into texting her.

But i don't want to just stop texting her and because shell confront me at school and i wont have an excuse.

I do not understand help me.

Say you actually hate texting, it's nothing against her you just hate the medium and how it's so impersonal and doesn't convey tone. Say you told her to text you cause you didn't want her to think you're a dick, but you legitimately hate texting and don't care enough to write good texts. One gamble you could make is tell her to call you instead. Most young people only call when they have to and that might turn her away.

by your lack on conversing it should be pretty blunt that you don't want the V, but she's one of those girls, so good luck. if you have to, just tell her to straight up Fuck off. it's hard to do and you might feel guilty, but it might be what you need, i don't really know the whole sitch tho
