We are always working to offer the best possible experience for our customers. Shipping internationally is one of our biggest challenges. In order to serve our Canadian Customers better, we have created a simple flat rate fee that includes all customs taxes, tariffs, and duties. This means that packages will arrive at your door with no extra hassle. The price you pay at checkout is the final price. No more surprise fees or charges at time of delivery. Shipping is still free for orders over $299. We cover the transit costs; you only pay duties and taxes.
With this service, you are receiving the best package track-ability, meaning no more confusion with package location during transit. Along with better tracking, you are receiving a faster service all around, with door-to-door delivery times around 1-2 weeks or less, as opposed to the 2-4 weeks like we have seen in the past.
Shipping is provided by UPS. No service to P.O. Box addresses.
For P.O. Box addresses please choose the USPS shipping option during checkout. With this option, we are not able to cover your customs duties and taxes ahead of time. If this option is chosen, you will receive a refund for your taxes paid and then will still be required to pay these costs to the postal carrier prior to delivery.
