do u not understand that a two week notice is only necessary for a part time and full time job? because i was employed as a CASUAL, it meant that if i had given him two weeks, there is absolutely no obligation nor incentive what so ever for him to even give me shifts for the next day. he has a legal right to say "oh ok dont bother coming in tomorrow then."
yes if i had of been employed as PART TIME or FULL TIME, then a two week notice is to be handed into him and he legally has to give me shifts for the next two weeks, however that was not the case.
anyway i cant believe some of u still insist on throwing arguments at me saying im ignorant and retarded. i think i know the situation im in just a little bit better then u. i came here to ask for advice and instead get hit back with immature responses from people who have no fucking clue what theyre talking about and insist im the dumb one.
