Anything On The K2 Sight?

Long story short a buddy has thrashed a pair of skis and needs a decent pair of cheap skis with a sidewall, and the k2 sight fits that bill. Figured I'd get a second opinion on here, he skis almost all park, mainly jumps and larger rails and a few icy groomers so stiffer skis are usually better. Can anyone comment on how they ski and where to mount them, center, a few back?

I loved mine when I used them. Not the best ski, but that price you really can't complain.

I am currently riding the Sight, they are a solid ski. They have camber so they are poppy and maintain shape, as well as tip and tail rocker which allows it to ride all mountain like a champ. They are a little softer in flex than the iron maidens but stiffer than the domains. Being K2 skis they are bomb proof, and they wont bust up as quick as some other skis. They are a really fun ski, and would recommend them.

Alright, the sight looks good. Another option is the volkl ledge, same price and symmetrical, it got an oddly good review from freeskier, but I'd like to know how they ski since it seems both are now options

The wall is a stiff high quality ski. Volkl makes a extremely high quality ski and they always have good builds. The wall also will ski damn well out of the park and isn't easily overskiied in the groomers and bumps.
Hitting more jumps? go volkl. Hitting more rails? go K2. K2 has a thicker edge.
