sr was shitty last weekend, but ive heard very very good things about this weekend. 2 jumps and a whole slew of rails, sucks I wont be able to make it up tomorrow
Sunday rivers was shitty when I was there last weekend. Though, I've heard it got much better. I'm headed to the loaf soon, though I heard it was fairly shitty today. And Saddleback is opening up on the 15th of december, beyond stoked for that because they always have a KILLER opening day park along with a lot of terrain.
sunday river wasn't bad last weekend for the time of year, they had a flat box, a flat down, and a small jump and 6 trails i believe. bretton woods today wasn't bad either, even though they only had one trail it was pretty sick, 2 giant flat boxes and a down flat rail, and also on a little side run there was some snowmaking "pow" that my friends and i made a little kicker on, still wicked fun..wildcat opening soon (look at my username) <3
I was at Killy on Tuesday, wasn't bad for early season, they had a few rails and a few trails. But they got 3 inches when I went up there it was mad fun. I think they'll be solid by thanksgiving
Anyone know if mount snow will be open on friday or are they just planning for the weekend? Fridays like one of the only days I can ski so id rather take the shorter drive to mount snow
Snowshoe is supposed to open Wednesday and Wisp is on Friday weather permitting, which are the only two mountains close to me. Planning on doing a roadtrip to one of them.
Sunday River has probably the most features out of any open mountain on the east.
flat box, flat down box, flat rail, up rail, down box, flat dub barrel rail, down circle rail, down bar with a donkey dick at the end, pole jam, down rail (that you can also ride on from the top like an up down) a dfd rail, and another dfd rail.
Okemo had 3 small features. Donkey dick, down flat box, flat rail. But it was a really good time with a bunch of side hits. Not sure if the privacy settings will allow but there's this
The loaf ia popping off, like 13 trails and 2 lifts Atm. The new snowguns they put in make some killer fake shit! Best fake snow ive ridden hands down! Not many features but the are opening a few trails a day and setting up a full park for thanks weekend I'm pretty sure...
loon sorta sucked, a couple trials, a shitty c-butter box, a flat tube, and a flat rail....wildcat opens next weekend and apparently they're having a rail jam type thing, stoked for the cat
went to killy yesterday, the conditions were a little bit icy though. Super fun nonetheless. I think they put some new rails up today for the rail jam though. The only thing I didn't like is there was not a full park run but whatever. Really stoked for this season.
7springs is still bare. All the snow from Sandy has almost melted. I was up there today and it was disappointing. I am going to snowshoe soon so whoever goes there opening day, post how it is!
I believe I'll be going to killington tomorrow, does anyone know about some two for one deal? My cousin said he went and they had one about like 2 weeks ago
