Need advice on how to stream the UFC fight tonight. (XBMC)

I'm planning on using this link

But then I was reading about something called XBMC and an ap called SportsDevil that goes with it.

Im not really a computer expert so my question is will the XBMC+SportsDevil be any clearer than a regular internet stream? Is there any other advantages to using it?
