Was that THPS 1 or 2?

Fuck it's been a while. That game always had great music. Actually almost started a thread about it the other day but I didn't want a shitstorm of people bitching at me taking away from the badass music that game featured over the years.


I remember all the things getting added. When they added manuals in 2. Then they added reverts in 3 maybe? The pivot in manual was 4 I think. Then the bank drop in one of the undergrounds or wasteland.


Fucking loved that game.

I think Superman was in the 1st one.

The game got so much better once you figured out you could manual and extend a trick to like 5 minutes long. I remember making huge combos until I fell and felt like shooting myself because I would get to like 1,000,000 points and throw it all away because I just had to be a greedy bitch and add that last kickflip into the combo.

You couldn't manual in the first game.


I used to backflip tailgrab over the pipe through the glass, land on the grind, grind around the 1/4 with some flip tricks and then kickflip indy out toward that rail on the ground.

My buddy had TH 3 for ps2 a few years ago. We would get drunk while beating the game from scratch, no cards, get to the end, then do it all over the next day.


That game was the shit.

TNT is one of my least favorite songs in general. It makes my ears bleed. Maybe it's that it's one of those songs you can't play over and over again, yet it's one of those songs that get's played over and over and over again.

I should hook up my 64 and see what else is on those games.

After I got that game and played it too much I learned the trumpet part to that song. Haven't listened to it yet but when I'm done with this show I'm prolly gonna throw it on twice to nostalgia.

I had proving ground, project 8, and wasteland for the ps2. Maybe 4-8 years ago for those?


Weren't as good as the old one but they were fun. Beat project 9 for xbox last winter but will never fully beat it like I did back in the day. Too lazy to go for all the sick goals. Started to play proving ground a few days ago, idk if I can handle anymore TH at this point.

Prolly just stick to skate.

I don't think tony hawk maps would work with skate physics and controls because the maps are set up for doing 5 minute 50million point combos

They should throw one in as a bonus DLC on a skate game.

Like the warehouse or something. Wouldn't be the sickest skate park but it would be awesome to sesh it again with new graphics and skat physics.


To the person that said it won't work, there are def some fucking sick TH levels that would be awesome. Going through the mall ans bombing down those escalators would be dope. Maybe the school. Marselle, hangor.

Idk there are def some levels that would be awesome. Wouldn't be as sick for grinding up power lines and flying over the whole level but still sick.
