anyone familiar with nilton's sizing? I just ordered a large from their website and it says it's 31.5 inches, but an xl jumps up to 35.4

i'm 5'6 125 lbs. i heard they run big... i'm hoping this isn't tiny aha

You should be fine. I got the XL and I'm 5'10" 160lbs and it's actually quite big on me and I wouldn't mind if it was a little bit smaller. Yours should fit nicely though.
