Got addicted to it over the summer and now im tryna stop

Without going to rehab how should i stop? i tried stopping and after two days without it i gave in and needed it. Will taking two day breaks help me?

it's all in your head dude. coke's a walk in the park to "kick"...you don't get pants shitting, puking, hot, cold, sweating, sneezing, insomnia, skin crawling sick like you do with opiates for instance. just gotta walk away from it.

and I'll add - work out. exercise releases endorphins in your brain and has been proven to be greatly beneficial in beating addiction.

Oh hi asshole!

For real you should try tapering yourself of over a month or 2. Only take it when you absolutely need it. You'll need a lot of will power to resist taking it all the time. Or just keep taking it you might get bored of it that's how I quit.

That helps more for opiates. For coke you need dopamine so cigs and stuff will help or doing coke while doing something you love (skiing, video games etc... Try transferring your coke enjoyment onto a healthy habit that you can enjoy without coke. This works with opiates too

shits a walk in the park to quit compared to opiates, benzos, withdrawl only last like 3-5 days on cocaine, then its just a mind game like everything else, hell its even easier to quit than nicotine. go look it up if you dont believe that. good luck man , just dont buy any and stay away from your homies who use till your clean, then you still may want to avoid some people, good luck.

no way. opiates are far more addictive than crystal. you don't see people on maintenance to kick meth habits like you do with opiates (methadone/suboxone).
