Sorry if this is a repost,

When this was running it was one the coolest things to watch when all the different countries and continents teamed up to make that edit basically using what features they could find at Are. They had to be creative and therefore the skiing was mad.

Does anyone know if its going to make a return soon, perhaps this season, I know Jon Olsson is concentrating on racing at the moment but it would be dope to see it make a return.

Anyone know anything??

Do you think there will be any comps like this in the future, it was a really cool idea and it sucks that its not going to be around anymore, really enjoyed watching those edits.

jon patented the format and he swore on his mother's grave that he'd only bring it back if whoopi goldberg did a backflip so i wouldn't count on it

when it was first cancelled I think Jon said it would make a return in a few years. As for country on country competition, I think we'll be seeing more of this in the future with the inclusion of our sport to the Olympics.

He's said that it's a ton of work so he couldn't do it year after year. He does plan on bringing it back at some point though.

I'd guess, if not this year, then a year or two after the olympics. He's racing and whatnot.

Also, the athletes that went to it were so good, and that inspired creativity in their skiing, it was really refreshing to see.

Hey, Unfortunately it will just be JOI and not JOSS in 2013. He has stated that he is focusing on qualifying for the olympics, and not hosting that comp. I also think he found that competition hard to organize, and he got pissed at team USA for dropping their video early.

This, NS seriously doesn't need mentally incompetent members posting "no" as their only solid answer. I also really hope that JOSS makes a comeback in the future, up there for one of my favorite contests ever.

I would't go if I was you .. They hate fat people in Sweden .. They would feed you to the polar bears.. Man I bet your fat ass would feed a lot of pollar bears. Maybe you should go to Sweden .. Its gonna be a long winter and polar bears need food . All those American preservatives running through your body would do them well.

i dont see how jon can not bring it back with the amount of positve feedback from everydbody and the desire people express everyyear for it to come back.

JOI is on the calender for this year in the contest preview of this months freeskier, as for JOSS I hope someday it will come back, no other athlete event could come close.

JOSS was the tits and I really hope it comes back. back in summer 2010 jon said that he would take 1 year off from it but still host JOI. but now it's been 2 years. at least he still does JOI. the JOSS edits were amazing. fun event to follow.
