So i ordered a new jacket and pants from Saga in September time. All of it was in stock so it was all fine. I got my confirmation that my stuff was ready to ship. I got confirmation that my stuff had shipped. Yesterday, however, I got told that my order had been canceled my Saga in between US and Canada.
I emailed them asking why and they said that they had to cancel my order as they "Have a temporary shortage in our inventory forcing us to backorder a few items."
I asked my self two questions:
1. How could i have got through the whole process of ordering to the point that my non existent goods were actually being shipped without being told that they didn't actually have them in stock.
2. WTF did they send?! (I got a tracking number and everything)
So what they are saying is, I can wait till start of December and get a free gift pack. Get this right, the 'gift pack' includes. 4 beanies, 4 face tubes and 2 balaclavas. (tanner hall, engage) WHY THE FUCK WOULD I WANT FUCKING 4 BEANIES and 4 FACE TUBES AND 2 BALACLAVAS?! FOR THAT MUCH JUST GIVE ME A FUCKING HOODY.
But for real, im not a spoiled little bitch so i dont actually care when my outerwear comes and i dont care if it comes with 20 hoodys, 100000 hats and whatnot, i'd rather it came with nothing. Even though im skiing on saturday - end of May and am in desperate need of a new jacket I understand that when you are processing that amount of orders at one time, things can go wrong. I just wanted to vent on here. NOTHING LIKE A GOOD INTERWEBS RANT.
