I was just thinking that I've never seen a thread on here about chili. I really like chili, like white chili with queso mixed in, or ground beef chili with jalepenos. so darn tasty.

In Cincinnati, we have skyline chili, its know for Putting chili on top of spaghetti with cheese (3 way) and  cheese coneys which are hotdog with chili on them.. SO GOOD

My dad has won a few chili cook offs in his day... he makes the most bomb chili in the god damn world. Not none of that pussy white shit but just some straight up ground beefy chili goodness. God I want some now.

I've been trying to improve my recipe over the past months. load that shit up with jalapenos and a few habarneros. tons of cheese. obviously loads of beef. onion, sweet peppers, tomatoes, beer.

shit is spicy. there's something missing though, haven't been able to put my finger on it haha

ah, but that's where you're wrong. chili can have anything in it! in fact somebody on this thread said ther found foreskin in their chili.
