I can't pick a favorite-- different favorites with different things. I love bleu cheese on a good steak. I love havarti on a sandwich. I like a good sharp cheddar. White cheddar. Parmesan is so good.

I've also been known to devour brie with my hands like cake after drinking too much.

The moral of the story is that cheese is awesome....mmm plus fresh mozzarella and ricotta, oh ricotta...

Oh man.

A good sharp cheddar is awesome.

A good swiss is fantastic too.

I really like American as well, but it has to be real American not that like craft singles cheese food crap.





Cant eat brie though. I got food poisoning from bad brie once and its kinda been ruined for me.

maple smoked cheddar from grafton village

sun dried tomato goat cheese from amaltheia dairy in bozeman--great with crackers and makes a mean pasta.

boschetto is so damn good, too.

fresh mozzarella....+tomato and balsamic vin.... or just alone is great.

all time all around favorite is easily cabot's hunters sharp cheddar

I generally get provalone if I get a sandwich somewhere, beyond that way to hard to narrow down a favorite cheese. I love cheese.

I guess that would work to as it is extra sharp. Usually white cheeses arent sharp enough to compliment the egg.
