How many times do you fall per day skiing?

How many times would you say you fall for each day skiing? Just wondering because I feel like I'm not pushing myself enough and therefore not falling.

If I'm skiing with friends I'd fall alot more, because im just messing around

But when I'm on my own I just ski around and dont really try anything out of the ordinary.

It depends. on a day when im just chilling i might never fall because ill just be straight airing or doing simple spins but on a day where im pumped up and want to throw down it can happen quite a bit. The only thing is after I have a couple bad falls i usually call it a day.

That depends on who i'm with, what the snow is like, what mood i'm in, and if i'm sober or not.

If i'm fucking around with friends, quite a lot. If it's slushy or powder, I try and push myself, so quite a lot. If i'm in a good mood, I might go and try a few new things, and if i'm stoned I will probably fall a lot.

it depends so much on what type of skiing I'm doing and how good the day is. If I'm in the small park I fall way more because I will push my self more and try new stuff especial on rails and box where as in the normal park i fall less because the laps are longer and also I try stuff that I know I have a good chance of landing.

If i'm really trying to learn a new trick I'll probably fall 20-30 times. If i'm just leisurely cruisin through the park maybe once.

depends on whatever mood im in...

if I'm super determined to land a trick, it will probably take me anywhere from 5-25 falls to get it, or more/less.

This soooooo much. Old race coach used to say this every day.

Even on days where I'm just cruising. I love skiing variable terrain and trying to ski things I know I'm bad at... Like moguls. I also have cruiser days where I ski with fellows that are typically more advanced than me and I keep up but fall often cause I'm getting better at keeping up. I don't think I have days of skiing where I don't push myself. I used to do that, but then I got bored and thought snowboarding was a good idea. Then I watched some ski movies and realized there is a hell of a lot more I can get better at.

it mainly depends on what your trying to do that day. if im trying something new on jumps for instance, ill probably fall a few times before i can stomp it but on rails i dont really fall, i just mess up sometimes

on a really good day when im feeling jumps, and sending it, i fall alot haha. on a mellower day where im just doing chill laps...still a decent amount of times

i'm not too self conscious about falling so i fall a lot even when i'm not pushing, except in situations where i need to concentrate or risk injury, do some pretty retarded falls when i'm not concentrating but its fun and lightens the mood of what can be a i'm better than you type culture at some hills, when you fall over and people realise you're not taking things seriously it takes skiing back to where it should be. Also i fucking suck at park skiing so i'll bail a lot, and if i have a couple of bad falls in can shatter my confidence for the rest of the day pretty quick, at this point its time to take a break

it really depends on how the day is. If im trying new tricks yeah im gonna fall a bunch, but if im just messing around with friends and taking it easy then not so much. i can count on falling at least once a day tho

Guaranteed to fall a few times just messing around. An average like 10 times id have to say. Really depends if I'm just cruising around or if Ii"m trying something new in the park.

don't be scared to fall there's no shame in eating it on a huge booter.
and me personally, i try to push and progress, not stay in my comfort zone so 1/2 of my tricks end in eating it
