Manufacturing defect on Full Tilt x Level 1 ?

So I bought Full Tilt x Level 1 boots and it seems that the black cable cover left stains on the white tongue. Is that normal ?
Of course I sent an email to Full Tilt and to the website on wich I ordered them but they won't answer before monday so I need your help.

It's my first pair of FT so I can't compare and I've never skied with them, but yeah I think so, there is no cracks.
But it's also on the inside of the tongues so I'm a little bit scared it altered them.

They'll work just as fine as they always do, the dye won't cause any difference to their riding ability. This isn't the first time this has happened, the powerstrap on the 10/11 Twall also rubbed off on the white tongue.

But the cable covers really mess up the cables, the flex, and the fit of the boot. When the cables are in the covers they're crimped together, so they don't fit into the grooves properly (usually two cables go into one groove), this messes up the flex and puts strain on the cables. There is a way around it, but it's really annoying, you have to take the cover off, and then put it though just the holes, not through the "tunnel" (for lack of a better word) with the velcro, but then EVERY time you put your boot on, you have to make sure the cables go into the right grooves, which increases in difficulty when you realize you have to do all 4 at the same time since the two cables are now connected by the cover, and even then, it doesn't always fit. Not really worth the effort in my opinion.

We've found the cable cover sublimated (ink transferred to the plastic from cable cover) on some of the Level 1 boots and you're the lucky winner! Kidding, we're sorry that happened. If you would like please contact the dealer you bought them from and they can help you out. It doesn't effect the performance of the boot but as you have shown, the looks if you take off the cable cover. Thanks for riding FT.

Thank you so much, that's dope you answered on my thread. If it doesn't effect the performance of the boot it's not that bad, I contacted the dealer I bought them from and I hope they'll send me new tongues.
