The more info you give us the more helpful we can be in recommending gear to you.
From what I've seen the Radict is a little more all around than the Bubba, I would compare the radict to the Armada JJ in terms of performance. The Bubba is almost exclusively a deep powder ski, I'm sure that it's possible to ski on hardpack with it but it would be quite sketchy. If you plan on heli skiing and hiking up the backcountry I would say Bubba, but if you plan on getting to the backcountry and pow via lifts and groomers I would say the Radict.

I skied the JJ and the Radict for a few days while in colorado. The JJ is lighter, definitely turns better, and overall less cumbersome than the Radict. I really liked the short turning radius on the JJ and the Radict was a large turning radius and only really came to life when you were going fast. The radict did float though thats for sure, there was like a foot of new snow and I decide to use radicts this day and they did fine. Once you're in powder the turning radius seemed less of an issue. I used 185 radicts and similar length JJ's.

JJ loves the deep snow and will happily take you through up to and including 4'-5'. it will also do just about anything else you ask it too. I love my 185s they are a common everyday ski in tahoe. Bubba I am sure is also a fantastic ski but you are going to loose some everyday ability with it compared with a JJ. Where do you ski? the armada TST is about the most perfect pow ski for east coast if that is where you are. Bottom line is the bubba is really only going to shine maybe a few days of the year, only gonna be an inconvenient overkill ski most other days.

For all around I think the Radict wins hands down. It looks a lot more versatile. The Armada JJ keeps getting mentioned because it's probably the best all around powder ski in the world. If you can look into the JJ.
