Replying to Roomates Suck

So I just got an email from housing that my apartment area is infested with bed bugs and they were going to have an exterminator come in several times to clean the place up.  At first I didn't think much of it then I realized my new Saga jackets and new ski clothes are in my closet.....  The issue of this is that I know it is not my fault in that I literally live at my girl's place all the time and her place is not infested and I never go to my other apartment, the only time I do is when I use it for storage during the school year.  I have 3 roommates, one of them may be at fault, it is likely.  I know that I have to put the jackets in the washer with the water set to hot and I am worried if that would ruin the zipper or integrity of the jacket.  So is there a way to clean it using hot water without changing the properties of the jacket ( I've thought of going to the dry cleaners). Also NS how should I approach the roommates about this situation because this is ridiculous as that I am also going to have to throw out alot of other things which cost money. 


Spark-notes:  Roommates got my apartment infested with bed bugs and my brand new skiing clothes are infected and I have to wash them with hot water to kill the bugs without ruining the clothes.  Is there a way to do that?
