Living at hood next summer

A friend and I are planning on living at hood next summer. We already know where were going to work but we're having trouble finding a place to live. We need a fairly cheap apartment (size and sanitary conditions don't really matter, we'll make do) in govy. I would appreciate any insight that any of you that have been to hood in the summer have.

Fairly cheap apartment and govy are two things that just dont go together in a sentence. Unless you can get more people on board to room with, the next cheapest will probably be to rent something in welches or sandy. Of course, there is always van life...

The only apartments in govy are the summits and they go about 350 a room not 100 percent sure on this number it could be more or less. There r usually about 3 rooms in each apartment.
