Substance abuse evaluation

Long story short: i got into some trouble, got an ACD and need to get a substance abuse evaluation. I was wondering if anyone has had to do one of these before. If they decide that I have a problem I am also required to do any of the counciling that they recommend. I havent smoked in about two months so if a piss test is required Ill pass no problem. Just wondering what to say during the evaluation (ie. what are they going to classify as having a problem)..Should i tell them that i smoke and drink once in awhile or not at all?... I dont need drug counciling and dont have time for it with my work/class schedule. Any help is greatly appreciated and will get +k

lie your ass off. Just make whatever the situation was seem like nothing and it was unlucky that you get in trouble. my friend had to do that for alcohol when he got in a fight with a security officer at my school and this is how it went down.

how often do you drink?
-never. like once or twice a month i have a few drinks

so what happened when you were in vermont?
-my friends were drinking and convinced me to have a few beers. the RAs caught us drinking and i got written up

ohh it sounds like a huge misunderstanding, thats unfortunate. well im sorry you had to go through all of this!

I had one of these in September for legal reasons.

I lied a ton.

Basically say you rarely drink, when you do drink you only have 3-4 beers over like 4 hours. Say you never get out of control with alcohol. Also, say you have never blacked out, and always remember everything. Obviously don't just straight up say this answer their questions.

As to weed I would just say you have smoked a few times but don't enjoy it because you get sleepy.

I had to have someone who knew my drug use call the councilor that evaluated me. I just had a good homie call and told him what to say ahead a time and everything went well.

theyre going to ask you questions which are basically used to determine whether you're lieing so make sure your answers are consistent. and go in there confident about your answers as if they were the truth, whether they are or aren't. Maybe say you were being a dumbass in the wrong place at the wrong time...

Yea say its not something that happens often, but be believable, they deal with bullshitters all day.
