Woodward in Whistler !!!???

What do you think ? Would it work....would it be popular...Would you be excited ?!

I don't realistically see Woodward building a camp in Whistler. Think about where their two camps are right now-Tahoe and Copper, both places that aren't home to lots of other summer ski camps. Whistler already has Camp of Champions and Momentum, so I think they're set. I think part of Woodward's draw is location, for the CO kids and the CA kids who aren't looking to spend thousands on a camp in Whistler or Hood. I haven't been to Woodward, so just sort of guessing here, correct me if I'm wrong.

True !! They don't need more summer ski/snow camps in Whistler. I heard there's a place with trampolines...but do they have supertramps ? ramps with a foam pit ? an indoor skatepark ? Last time I went to whistler i was pretty young so I don't know where we can train out of the hill. :S Thanks for your opinion and your help :)

Bounce is great, but if you want some serious tramp training try the athlete centre at cheakamus. Good coaches down there too. Bounce is good for a fun few hours. We also have the air dome here, although not for skiers it can still help with your air sense. We also have the water ramps of course. All we really miss is a dry slope rail setup, that would be really nice.

Airdome got a tramp this year too, but yeah its primarily still for bikers.

About the Supertramp at bounce ... Far as I know thats what there putting nextdoor in the expansion.

But not currently... have tramps into foam pit though.

That would be fuckin dope if they got a super tramp, i would actually start going to bounce then. Until then ill stick to the athletes center.

i must say though, our water ramps look sketch as fuck. I dont know if id ever pay to go to water ramps again, but i went to the lake placid ramps when i was younger...massive difference of quality between the two. Yea so probably not something i would use, but i think if theyre still using those things that they should be upgraded.

its a gymnastics place. Its nothing huge or amazing, but theyve got two fly bed tramps unlike the shitty black beds at bounce, theyve also got all the standard gymnastic stuff like a double mini to crash pad, a tumble track to a small foam pit and some other stuff. Plus they have coaches unlike bounce.
