Seriously considering becoming a pot farmer

I need investments people. I got the land, just need some small cash flow for a setup and so I can buy a small little retail shop in Denver somewhere. Really cant think of a better investment opportunity so I really want to do it.

I've read that it costs around $100k to open a dispensary in Colorado, I assume the non-dispensary shops will cost just as much. I also believe the dispensaries get first crack at the new retail licenses.

i would think that market is pretty saturated by this point. the real money would be in smuggling it to non med states....but there is definitely a risk with that as well.

I personally haven't grown myself, but my roommate a couple of years ago was a horticulture major and thats all he would talk about so I have an idea. Everyone has gotta start sometime though. Anyways, my dad has a 40 acre ranch south of Denver and Im seriously considering asking him if he'd allow to get a little set-up going. He's all about investments so if I could sell it to him than I think he'd be all in.

The cost to start up has yet to be determined and no MMJ depos do not have any advantage. They can choose to operate as a medical deep if they want still, however they can only sell it to patients still. If they wanna retail it than they have to register with the state just like everyone else. Any person of age thought can grow up to six plants!! Fucking awesome!
