I have a project I'm working on for school which is of a robot that can walk up a Ø114mm plastic tube. I have to get a motor with a switch (with position right rotation, off and left rotation. So it can go up and down and turn off) that can get the job done.
It has to be a small (a few cm long and wide ) and light (if possible less then 100g or the lightest possible) motor. If it has a torque of about 0.3 - 0.5 Nm (40-80 Oz-In) it should be okay.
If also will be powered by battery so the less voltage it uses the lighter my device will be.
I'm sure some of you have some knowledge in this, I personally don't have any good ideas where to search for little and simple motors like this so any advice of help I can get would be awesome.
Thanks
Joris
