Laissezfaire5280 bet me that Romney would win the election, and the terms were that the winner got to chose the loser's user name and icon for 1 year.

I am now accepting suggestions, but the final decision will be made by me. This is not a Nyetocracy, this is a Nyetatorship.

With a dynamic IP connecting you to the internet it will change whenever the ISP set the lease for. My router WAN IP resets about once a day, automatically. Most providers provide dynamic by default and charge more for static, an IP that doesn't change.

Assuming, he like most everyone else, has a dynamic IP, it's impossible to "track" based on the IP without getting that information from the ISP. The closest you would be able to track is a regional center which would not provide conclusive proof.

Also, yes anyone can be banned for any reason, the TOS are written as such to prevent the company from frivolous lawsuits covering improper "banning" etc.

NS Corporate owner is Grind Media which is based in California which is a subset of Source Interlink Companies which are based in Florida. It is not and has not been for years just a little ski website, as much as we would like to think it is.
