Replying to Exercise for Skiing
I realize there are other threads on this but they weren't really on this specific part, and I decided to puck it in Ski Gabber
SO, I have a few things wrong with my knees and I have slightly heavy skis, (afterbangs) and help from people with afterbangs would be appreciated as well. So BESIDE running what are some exercises to do, that will make your legs stronger, and more flexible I guess
