I'm going to say you want the ones that attach your boot to the ski, based on the information you've given us.
There's a "sticky" thread at the top of this forum for this exact question... for when you go and post there, you're going to want to include your age, weight, height, boot sole length, ability level, length of ski, what kind of skiing you do, how healthy your knees are and a rough budget wouldn't hurt either.
