Best Boot Fitter in Salt Lake?

Last year was my third season on my boots, and I ended up getting really bad shin bang on one side. My boots feels very packed out as well. I'm hoping some new liners will fix the issues, and I'm wondering where the best place in Salt Lake City is to go. Any recommendations?
Also, any advice on liners? How do they effect the flex of a boot? My boots are only a 100 flex, so if they could help stiffen that up a little even that would be awesome...

A good liner can definitely stiffen your boot, not from SLC though so I can't really help you with that part

Get some Intuition liners from Inkline. It's the only place anyone in Salt Lake should go for boot work.

I have no experience in SLUT, but there are some good threads on TGR about the various shops in SLC.
