Replying to To rivet or not to rivet?

I have a question for you guys. I was looking at the new K2' and they are all rivetted. Does anyone here just rivet their skis from new to prevent a delam and does this effect warranty. My Skogens delamed and they replaced them no prob. I am thinking about rivetting the tips and tailes like the K2's just in case. I heard alot of pro have put in rivets in alot of different twin tips over the years. Is this a good idea and where would I find rivets similar in size to the K2 rivets? I have never seen them at the hardware store.
