I have a pair of 4frnt deadbolt 15's. No brakes on them. Shouldnt be too hard to find though. They have been used and put through the ringer. Should still be good for more though! Springs are for sure worn a bit but easily can be compensated for. Perfect for your rock or urban skis. $35 + Shipping.
