Ski on a playground slide?

anyone know if it is possible/messes up your skis at all to ski on a plastic playground slide?

people do it.

It's a playground slide not a gap to down flat down. You should be fine.

I wouldn't think that it messes up skis anymore than hitting rails and boxes. 
In an episode of Travelling Circus they make a little course which included a slide

i just finished making my rail, yet i have nothing to ski on but a slide or grass

The slide should be fine, I build rails/boxes using PVC pipe all the time, the slide plastic should be softer, so no issue with it harming the base of your skis. If you don't have snow, go by the local hockey arena and take some of their snow.

i think aspen spora did it in one of his videos. but he gets tons of shit for free so it doesnt really matter

nothing happens to your skis... its plastic, not sandpaper or concrete or anything that could damage your skis. Sliding rails damages your skis, but that why skis only last a year or two
